Now there is a chance that EB2 is going to be current in the meae future ahead of EB3. What steps I need to take to make my 485 to consider EB2 rather than EB3 while my EB3 485 is pending with USCIS.

Need suggestion : I filed for EB2 to EB3 downgrade ( My status was married then). My priority date is Jan 02, 2014 and planned to go for GREEN CARD (GC) premium processing. However, a week ago, we filed for divorce and have agreed to remove the dependent from my application . In the interim, I got my advanced parole EAD card (C09P) and my spouse got C09 card respectively. Can I know the process/steps to remove my spouse and expedite my premium processing.
