Do you see the news about BRICS countries Ethiopia and UAE The central banks of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ethiopia on Tuesday signed a bilateral currency swap agreement with a value of up to 3 billion dirhams ($816.79 million). The two central banks also signed preliminary agreements to establish a framework for the use of local currencies in settling cross-border transactions and for linking their payment and messaging systems.

If the record number of homeless and the inflation doesn't signal a depression ,I don't know what it is. When you lose faith in the future you are already in a depression. The mariage rate has stopped. The birth rate has dropped below replacement levels. This is beyond depression, we are in a society collapse in slow motion. Many young men and women are not planning on having kids. The dollar is losing value and influence . China has surpassed the West in many areas of technology. Russia is proving NATO to be a joke. There is no multipolar world,it is a bipolar world. The West against the rest.

Absolutely, I completely agree with you. The increase in productivity is like a blessing for central banks. It enables faster growth without triggering inflation since each hour of work produces more goods and services without increasing costs. Nice video. Not a criticism, I enjoy your insights. I tend to think prices could go higher if XAI20K rockets. But understand the logic for sandbagging estimates. My opinion is XAI20K breaks 1, perhaps reaches 10 ATH, if conditions are right. But broader forces are at play now. We’re moving into really unknown territory. And these entities are shrewd. I think there’s massive manipulation ahead. If XAI20K survives that, well, we’re likely in for a good pump.

I was impressed with the transit systems in UK, Ireland and Sweden when I visited years ago. You could get anywhere by bus or train at a reasonable cost. They had a homogeneous demographic, law abiding and non-violent. In the US we don't have that situation, and It's getting worse by the day with our open border. All you have to do is look up that bank's 10-K SEC filing on your computer for the essentials of the balance sheet. This does not mean creative accounting is not occurring, but this farcical math (New Age Math) in banking is fully sanctioned (actually encouraged) by the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department, because many of the bank's so-called assets are not marked to market. Clearly, our government is worried about more bank runs. Nonetheless, the SEC 10-K filings remain quite useful despite shortcomings. You have to read into the data, so this is an acquired skill. The more you read and study 10-K reports, the better you get at it. After some time, you learn to see what are red flags. For obvious reasons, no bank wants to directly communicate that their loan portfolio is in big trouble, so the devil is always in the details. 10-K filings can be like a Sherlock Holmes' investigation. You will even learn to enjoy the sleuthing in the back pages of the report, because the nasty info is seldom found in the front.

Already happening if you are in labor force. Had to be born before 1965 to make it through this. Living costs are now being priced as though everyone is a Boomer with a 2Million 401K, and McMansion (or two). Even those with a 100K wage cant compete with that. You cant compete with that on any wage. You either had 40 years to accumulate houses and stocks because you were born in the right era, or you will struggle to even afford to live in your own car as a worker soon.

@@kk-xj5oz Respectfully, "taxes" do NOT support the GOV'T! They are just ONE of multiple MECHANISMS to remove from the public hands, the ability to spend and consume, which competes with the Deep State. The DEEP STATE is 'Free' to consume all the excess productivity of an economy it wants, SO LONG AS the quantity of modern electronic 'money' in the hands of the public is held in check. This is what the 2% inflation goal of the FED means: "Containment" of the debt. There is far more of this story to unpack here, to grasp a more complete comprehension of the overall picture. All DEEP STATE spending is done with invisible, electronic, untraceable 'Modern money'. Car auctions are seeing lots of dealer traffic of repo, not old trade ins. They still have 2022 models on the lot, and manufacturer forcing 2025 on them - which they can't afford and get repo-ed back.

Btw - BAC got suckered into the JP Morgan silver price manipulation over the last 100 years. But BAC is not as smart. So now they will pay the ultimate price of sky-rocketing silver prices. c'est la vie!

@@bdek68 For sure not Bank of America. They would have disclosed it in their financial statements. The only thing negative was the 7% decrease in earnings which is better than the 10% predicted by analysts. Otherwise, they'd have $7b in quarterly profits. There is bond risk in banking market but so far, besides a few regional banks getting caught in the squeeze, the issue is still latent. Let's see how it goes, but for now, banks are pretty healthy, as they should be when interest rates are high and they're collecting interest on credit cards and variable interest loans which a lot of folks need to feed themselves.

Sounds like DOUBLE JEOPARDY. The Loan does not come back to the Bank, AND must set aside extra money to cover the loss? Insistently, Banks consider LOANS to be ASSETS on their books.
