You have a great eye. My mom had the red enamel wear pot. She put butter in it and left it next to the burners on the stove. The butter melted without burning and we used it with a brush for corn on the cob.

Love the Christmas Carol book, I'd be torn also. I am an ebay seller too and I love finding stuff for myself to keep, but sometimes it is nice to only find stuff to sell that you just don't feel attached to, lol.
