So 5 years later almost at 5M views in 2020 who's still listening? I thought I will drop you all some fun facts about the creation of this song, . FUN FACT 1 I was actually showering when I played Alesso's tomorrowland set in the background. When I heard the vocal for this song I was all Goosebumps, I immediately jumped out of the shower sit down on the floor (full wet) took my macbook (yeah I am the kinda guy who takes his mac everywhere) ripped down Alesso's set from youtube and started the project. I think I was there on the floor for like 15-20 minutes till I lay down the basics.. Later on that day I was working all day on this remix and on the following day I finished it, then I was just waiting for the official release so I can replace the youtube ripped song with the full quality one. And the day came, I had alarm on the morning, woke up bought the song changed the vocal parts, made some minor tweeks and bum I uploaded it. FUN FACT 2 I felt like that this song just captured every of my feeling and where I have been in life at that point, and It got so personal for me, that I actually did not never promote this song and even just shared only once on my personal profile.. SAD FACT Because it got so personal and meant so much for me I only could imagine it playing on some big stage (like tomorrowland, Ultra) and I never got there.. so eventho I am playing 80+ shows a year... I never played this remix in my life. If you read till this, I just wanna thank you for listening and supporting this song, you have no idea how much it means to me. Happy New Year. Chris,
