Yesterday i went to a dealer and tried out the Q20. Within a minute i was able to quilt beautifully and SO much easier than on my M7. I'm ordering it today😊. I got the same table as you have. I was on the fence until i saw this video and then test drove it. Amazing machine! Thank you Alex!!

Dah, I just got my Q20 at the Houston show and am now starting to play with and I bought the same table..I didn’t even think to raise the table to get to the bobbin holder. And using the needle threader to help you thread the arm that is so dark and small to get the thread through. Thank you so much.!

So wonderful to watch and listen to while I (still, LOL) hand quilt. Thanks so much for posting this video!

I love my Q20, have been using it for about 5 years! Would be lost without it.

Hey Alex, your height adjustable table can be preset to raise/lower to the specific preset height you want. If you always raise your table to a specific height to change the bobbin you can preset that to one of the numbers on your lift control display.

I am a new q20 (on a frame) owner. I didn't want a QMatic and my arms aren't long enough to need the q24 :-) so q20 works great for me. I'm definitely still learning my q20 but I already love it. Alex, you mentioned you were thinking or had mild interest in a frame due to the way you can position the handles. I wanted to mention that their palm precision handles does put your hands in a flat position. Though of course you aren't pushing the quilt around when it is on a frame but to me that position feels so much more relaxing than gripping the handles. I like those handles a lot..

I just bought a used Q20. It scares the bejabbers out of me, but I'm getting better at it (slowly!).

FYI…I’m watching on KZbin on my iPhone 12. Your logo in the lower left corner covers some of the text/comments that were added. In the future, either move the text box to the right or indent until the text box is clear of your logo or move your logo. You’ll have to play with it. Thx.

I have a Handi Quilter Sweet 16 after trying it at a few quilt shows. I have a Brother Quilt Stitch Regulator (BSR) for my Brother Dreamweaver Sew/Emb machine. I have not used it much but I will.

How does one wind the bobbins? Is there a separate motor for this on the machine or does a winding machine come with purchase?

Hi, I've been looking at the Q16 and Bernina is having their special financing this Saturday, I was just wondering if you still have rebate cards... I would love one if you do. If I can save a little I can look at different feet or bundles.

Do you know anything about the Q16 Plus?
@connieelliott83773 жыл бұрын
My Bernina 880 PLUS has two BSR modes, both 1 and 2. . I don't know if they work the same on the Q20, but would think they do.

Curious if the BSR works with the silicon sheet in place?

I am considering purchasing this machine but with its price, I could afford a longarm from Handi Quilter and then I keep on wondering which decision would be best, I have space for the long arm, but I dont do a lot of work. It is more like a hobby. I sort of feel guilty to spend that much of money for somethin that I don´t need that much.

The THOUGHT of doing machine quilting WITHOUT stitch regulation makes me STRESSED. I’ve tried it-it’s NOT PRETTY-at least when I’M doing it.
