So prison services can't deal with Alex. Does that mean that the corporate brain washing doesn't work on him? Bloody good!

It is well known that there is a lack of mental health services available in prisons. Many criminals commit crimes due to being mentally ill, suffering addictions, etc. Prisons don’t have the resources to deal with mentally ill inmates. Nothing to do with brainwashing.

Belfield's rolling punishment and the ongoing civil court cases he has been involved in keep his story very current. There is still plenty of stuff going on in Belfield's life, his payouts for defamation for instance. Just because he is not out and about to rant his bs across the airwaves does not make him a non story. There are certain supporters who will forever seek to shut down any negative publicity on Belfield and have done since the day of his jailing. Certain cults have had the same type of effect on people for years. Many of the Branch Davidian WACO survivors still to this day defend the p.d.o.file David Koresh. Takes all types to make a World 'eh!

Hi Adrian, as a retired prison health care officer of some 23 years who worked at Ford Open Prison in West Sussex, I can say you are correct. To be sent to a Cat D prison you have to earn it. And if you ever get there and misbehave, you are returned to secure conditions. Ford Prison is full of inmates that are in for non-violent crimes, although in contradiction we had quite a few life sentence prisoners but these had served quite a long time and were being considered for release on licence. That is where the term life sentence comes into its own. They are released on licence for the rest of their lives. One false step and they go straight back in, no questions asked. To use an analogy. they are like deep sea divers who are brought to the surface gradually, so they don't get the bends.
@ste9071

Alex is serving a determinate sentence Bri, not an IPP, whole life order or life with a recommendation before consideration for ROL. I would imagine Alex has struggled to find his feet in a custody setting and has probably been on ACCT Documents, irritated staff, and maybe upset other prisoners. But from what I can gather, he's a VP so the likelihood of him being attacked is reduced, but I'd suspect he'd struggle being around those in for S/O's and could be a reason why he's being moved around the prison estate. I wasn't aware that he's been in several cat c jails, but I do suspect he'll either be released HDC or moved to open conditions in the near future. His engagement with services in nor here nor there if it's not a condition of his sentence, and as you'll know, he can pretty much refuse any help offered, which is limited given the state of our jails right now. Alex is fool to himself in many ways, own worst enemy one may suggest. Whether he accepts his culpability or not, he can't be held past the half way period anyway, only in very limited circumstances can or will that happen, such as probation haven't found him a bed in an AP ie Hostel. Personally, I think it's likely he'll be gate arrested, don't quote me, but given his antecedents, other offences potentially coming to light, it's highly likely Notts Police will be waiting for him at the gate.

@@ste9071 Thank you for your detailed reply Ste. Prisons have always been full to bursting point ever since I can remember. A few years ago the Government did release a whole raft of prisoners early in an attempt to empty out the jails. But it did not take long for them to fill up again. It's a never-ending saga really. I think you are correct, Alex will eventually be moved to an open prison, they need to make room for the more violent types in the cat B's and C's.

Not all have experienced a good work environment. Its is very apparent watching him that something traumatic had occurred over some extended period .I think he was outraged and unfortunately his former company received his wrath .Especially those individuals he took exception to perhaps with good reason .According to his own personal point of view insincerity in those circles is a trade mark .He tried but he lacked the zannie wit and talent of the unforgettable Kenny Everett. With the best possible taste always because that's the ingredient the broadcasting service .Long ran short of perhaps by 1968 .Best wishes to all 🌹

Absolutely agree. He's very much like Donald Trump who simply can't admit to all his faults and lies and will constantly use that old overused phrase 'It's a witch hunt' which Trump has been overusing in Court this week. I really don't think the Belfield fans are truly aware of the hurt he caused to all the people he envied, and I'm talking outside of his videos. If he does go back to his parents, I will feel sorry for them, they are getting on now and looking after a man-child will take it's toll on them. If Alex is on the spectrum then he needs more help in a clinic, but the health system in the UK is short staffed and in some departments under funded. It would be interesting to hear what Alex was like at home Double A. I find it astonishing he fooled so many people and conned people out of countless thousands of pounds. He found extra sneaky ways to extract more cash from his fans at his shows like collection buckets. He admitted himself on a phone in, that his shows "a load of camp ol' nonsense". Remember he had a hard time finding venues, he said it was due to cancel culture like Roy Chubby Brown who had venue cancellations in Sheffield. It was always somebody else's fault with Alex and never his own! I think the tour tanked when it did due to one of the following. The Two Gobshites duo couldn't fulfil the venue contracts, they had a hard time to fulfil the minium capacity required at the venue, or just maybe he was in a run up to Alex's court trial so theatre managers wanted to save their reputations. (You can decide) Booking venues is hardwork and it is full of T/C's, venues don't want to lose money on gigs. Fish from Marillon was touring at a lost when he toured Ireland several years ago which shows, which is telling to me. Alex was only a legend and a freedom fighter in his own ginger biscuit mind.

In other words. He needs the right sort of ‘friends’ to circumvent his defensive shield. A too direct approach will only energize the defensive shield even more.

I know you’re talking about something different in terms of restorative justice, but if any police officer gives you that option never take it. Restorative justice is the biggest waste of time and only serves to give criminals the victim’s information and a personal statement that the criminal can read to the end of a better understanding of how to harm the victim in future. I used to work for the Mayors Office for Policing and Crime and restorative justice is just a way for the police to avoid sending someone to prison. Never take that option they’ll just be released without the conviction rate taking another dent and the case closed. That’s *if* the police even turn up or you win the police lottery and get a crime-reference number.

What you have described in detail, in the past about Alex is not autism. What a number of Alex’s victims have described is not autism, what Alex says & does himself for all to see is not autism. And people who have autism have a big reason to worry if this is how far even the prison psychological experts are being told to view what is as clear a case of someone with antisocial personality disorder. But considering there are countries (ours included) that have in recent years been run by people who most certainly are anti social personality disorder, it is no surprise that people in positions where they should know better are trying to normalise the behaviour and push it into a category it does not belong. In autism you don’t have the manipulation or lack of empathy, unless of course they also have narcissistic personality disorder or antisocial personality etc. And this is why the extremes are running the show because it is the people with the toxic personalities controlling the narrative As for Belfield being transferred a number of times I genuinely don’t know. But I can safely bet in this time he will have got on the wrong side of a number of people, that much I can guarantee based on his personality which again won’t be for the same reason someone with autism might say or do things that might offend. This goes way deeper much more malicious in nature, which is absent in just autism. As for the reoffending risk mentioned by the person whose message you read out. I’d be very concerned if his offence and probably (and somewhat already demonstrated) lack of remorse, wasn’t a standard big red flag of a reoffending probability. There is a good reason stalking is punished so severely because it is something the majority of reoffenders that go on to do much worse (murder, r…) have done previously. Almost as night follows day. So we really do have problems if decision makers in the system have also forgotten that one. Prison may lead to a lesson in not wanting to go back, but often the logic of don’t commit certain crimes isn’t the answer they come up with, it’s simply don’t get caught. So Alex will just get better at knowing what he can and can’t say or do, but that won’t change his personality that will naturally think he can outsmart everyone.
