Another thing is that if a stumping happens off a no ball it can't be out as a run out instead, because of course a striker may only be run out off a no ball if he is attempting to run.

I think in practice it's officiated quite differently, except in top level games with 3rd umpire. Not rare for club level keepers to try to catch it just ahead of stumps to stop the cut shot.

It won't be called a no ball unless the keeper comes in front the stump line. So in your case if the keeper starts sprinting after the ball makes contact with the batsman then there is no problem. But if starts sprinting before the ball makes contact with the batsman then it'll be called a dead ball.

One doubt :if a Batsman who is standing outside the popping crease misses the ball and wicket keeper who is standing neither too close (like for spinner)nor too far (like for pacer) collects the ball and hits the stumps by under arm throwing, giving an illusion of stumping which is in this case is not possible because of his standing position,Will the batsman be given out citing stumped , here doubt comes because the Wicket keeper gesture of striking the timber wasn't conventional stumping .Also will he be given runout provided we here in our locality don't have rules like byes/overthrow, so even if he is deceived he is not going to steal run with bye so if he is given runout then why if he is not intending to run also since the ball becomes static in WK hand
