One of the quickest players I ever saw. I was at that game against South Africa and witnessed that first try on this video. The acceleration shocked everyone. That was JP and Habana he absolutely blitzed.. What shocked us was the size of the man and the speed.

One of the greatest finishers in the game for a good couple of years, shame to see him lose his confidence and the public lose confidence in him, great to see him finding some form for Exeter!
@EllliotJackRussel14 жыл бұрын
Not simply a finisher, he actually scored a lot of individual tries from about 30/40 mt out and even from his own half.

Lovely guy and a great player, I met him in a Cardiff coffee shop a few years ago and he happily stopped and chatted to me for a bit. It's the little things that matter. Hope he keeps improving in Exeter!

The standard of the opposition in the highlights is really important, and he’s scored against the best teams. When in form such a dangerous player

Great player with ball in hand but always struggled in defence. Hopefully he finds some form at Exeter

People forget just how big he is, and fast too.

He was such a great player for Wales and when his form dipped slightly he became a scapegoat for losses. The press and some of the fans turned on him and should be ashamed of themselves, because it only made things worse.

I don't care what anyone says, Alex Cuthbert is a fantastic player. He had a couple of bad games and all the sudden, he gets unwarranted hate, any other player, we would just ignore it. It's tragic really, I sincerely hope Cuthbert comes back to Wales, he's such a remarkable player.

Mad to think that he was a lions test player in 2013. You can't help but feel we've got far more strength and depth in the back three going into the next lions tour.

Wow alex was really dangerous. First montagě ive ever seen of him from a kiwi perspective. Brilliant. Would love to see more dangerous players i think like zebo, liam williams, keith earls, etc..

Brilliant player, one of the best at his job that is basically scoring tries, a bit lazy in other aspects of the game though. Unstoppable from 20/30 mt out, big as a flanker but fast as a 400 mt sprinter. Elliot Daly unfortunately ended his Test career.
@havochelms1964 жыл бұрын
he was amazing for a few seasons incredible but i think when he lost his confidence he should have been dropped after a few games to try and regain some form as he was being made a space goat if he had been dropped soon after his dip in form i think he might of re found his form

Still not able to forgive him for his missed tackles against England and SA. Lost us both games
@jamestaylor13474 жыл бұрын
It was Johnathan davies missed kick to touch which gave England possession in the last 20 seconds of the game.
@jonnyleyshon95714 жыл бұрын
James Taylor Wales under Warren didn’t kick to touch. We kicked for length rather than touch and relied on work rate to get our line up and make a territory gain.

A has been back in the Wales team.Shows Wales haven't got the talent coming through when they resort to the likes of Cuthbert.

And still Gatland couldn't seen anything in him worth selecting. Could have stuck him in at 12 (he carries back on the angle off the fly half like Jamie Roberts in this video anyway), North at 13 and Mason Grady wing or fullback. A team with those three would cause havoc, and surely would not lose to Italy at home.
