Love your articulation of all of this, through both your words and art! I have just begun to dive in to "Cosmos & Psyche" by Richard Tarnas, to understand the connection and flow of emotions and energy between the universe and my state of consciousness in the present moment. i think this was a longer video like 20 mins. reupload was trimmed:D anyway. unity is not a good feeling sometimes. like when you hear voices that say the words that you think of, even when you are sober after many unhealty(frequent) trips. when you cannot draw the line between real and imaginary. it's scary stuff to me. i'm still healing, and hearing those voices from my window calling my name, playing games, teasing me. maybe i need help:D

or reduce inflammation through diet/exercise which truly TRULY radically changes your biochemistry.... inflammation plays a role in everything, including all "mental health symptoms/illnesses".

@@hempwick8203 thanks for advice. i heard exercise and eating healthy can help mental health. but i didn't know inflammation was a part in that. inflammation is leftover juicy stuff in between body tissues, right? so i need to get rid of it by excercise to feel good and not hear voices again. i hope it works:)

Tried experiencing LSD years after having a spinal cord injury which left me paralyzed. I would NOT recommend using acid as your aid post-SCI. The internal body heat, EXTREME spasms, and discomfort is INTENSE, and no where near as enjoyable as when able bodied. Hoping shrooms will be much more enjoyable.

I injured my neck in a fall. When I dropped acid I experienced a lot of pain, it made a for a rough trip to say the least. Mushrooms had the same effect for me. Perhaps dmt could be an alternative? If it causes pain at least it'll be over quickly.
