Loving the name of your Avatar here. I surf, and Alex's Uncle named, and dominated, the Velzyland surf break in Hawaii. Research Alex's birth surname. :-)

The Wim Hof and other breath work exercises have helped me to integrate the state of being, and awareness that psychedelics have opened me up to on a daily basis. I'm so grateful for you, and Alyson. Your work has touched our hearts

@@soejrd24978 to be honest of the ones I've found through others I'm not sure of the names but a lot of it is improvised and learned through feel and creating my own paths and methods. Just hop in the body and feel it out.

I am grateful for this contribution you've made to our fold. I am also grateful to be one of your many Students. I saw these expressions in my own sensorium before ever being exposed to your work. Thank you for casting outwardly, your own perceptions using the visually descriptive and vocal talents you both possess. The frames of the Sacred Mirrors are demonstrably didactic, as are the visions captured within the Sacred Mirrors. Thank you both for your many substantial contributions. I am humbled to find other expressions of the Divine, culled into the talents of other transcribers recounting this phenomenon. Your expressions are a pinnacle of substantial evidence, recounting a timeless and transcendental experience. Blissings!

It seems perhaps the toroidal field around us is the more fundamental baseline of the soul where realities and universes are reflected back at itself in the form of vibrating energy. Like a screen. A literal hologram. The hall is the resting space which we are always in, but sometimes unaware of as we explore the boundlessness of imagination and creation.
