She is a superb chef. She cooks with detailed explanations of the methods and how the food should taste. I am concerned about the number of these great chefs being overweight. I do not mean this as any criticism, as this is an issue for many. I really and truly appreciate her, she is the best chef ever, and I want her around for her sake and to continue for all of us to enjoy her matchless cooking expertise. I believe that she not only is a great chef, but a wonderful culinary educator who excels at her graft and has crossed the bridge into the artistry of cooking. She even educates the palates of her viewers to a higher and more refined level of understanding how good food really taste. My only disappointment is that she does not have her own talk show, and I hope this will happen sooner than later. She truly loves what she does, and her audience cannot help but love her warmth, charm, and expertise in all that she does.

I love this show... 💯% BETTER than "Beat Bobby Flay"... His show, he stands in front of the Judges and make faces. I stopped watching his show 2 years ago because it wasn't fair... Alex vs America is so exciting... The Judges don't know who cooked what... everyone has a chance based on their Dish and not on the celebrity.... Outstanding 👋
