Brokeback was a beautiful movie, and Heath and Jake did an excellent job, but the story is so damn tragic and sad - like so many gay themed stories before. I really hope the age of queer tragedies is over. RW&RB has such an uplifting story with amazing characters of incredible depth that are portrayed by a pair of outstanding actors. Its universal themes make it so accessible to people of all ages, sexes, persuasions, and status. I hope its success has ushered in a new age of fun hopeful queer romantic comedies.

Stupid scenes added for for the hell of it as well as characters added that weren’t in the book and more.even the way they met is wrong in the movie.
