Cesar Muroya can you find a shot played by hurricane Higgins, John Williams referee to help you find the shot, Higgins is standing by the green pocket, Higgins makes a plant with a fair distance between the two red balls and pots a red in the far corner pocket, meanwhile John Williams referee calls a foul because Higgins jumps up to celebrate and the foul was not having one foot on the floor, I can not remember the opponent but it you could ever find this shot it is a absolute classic gem .

Excellent stuff, thanks! How different everything was back then. Also, 18:10 referee crying out 'quiet please' on the shot :-) And the cue power of Jimmy at 20:10 is insane, on that super-slow cloth!

@@samca4472 yeah sad really.he certainly could have won about four of these finals .there were two though that hendry was about unbeatable in .but the missed black was bad one and the big lead he lost too.he let parot n Davis get big early lead which cost him these two as he came back well but too late really.

Thanks for classic videos 1-4. BTW That was Jim Meadowcroft commentating at 1:14 not Rex Williams :) - How great the commentary was in these early days - Not like today with their predictive commentary, drives me insane, can't watch the BBC Snooker anymore prefer Eurosport
