Everyone looks like a genius using leverage when things go up - the risk is that it goes down and you're in debt for a lot more than you initially put up. Private equity then squirms to lay off as many people as possible until they break even / make target profit - real genius move

agree with this, i think a good perspective is to not necessarily limit leverage to finances alone though. For example, I would argue learning high leverage skills is probably more important long term. Leverage exists outside of just credit, I would argue the financial side you speak of would boil down to excellent risk management. A lot of people gamble and will not take into account enough potential issues/wider macroeconomic picture though, whilst managing and executing things poorly, and not offsetting the risk through the right mediums. Also if you took out credit to leverage for a new project in the current US economy - i'd say you are borderline out of your mind as rates are sky high and things are far from stable/predictable in any capacity, unless it was such a good deal it could not fail which i think probably is a fallacy 99.99% of the time.

True. Slight problem with what you said is that Private equity isn't "squirming to break even." They actually win guaranteed* year one, and by extension every year afterwards. They're "target profits" are just the unfortunate unrealized gains that they could've had if conditions were better; which they usually aren't because they usually strip the business of what it needs 'till it croaks.

yes it’s all built on hoping the house of cards doesn’t collapse. like buffet has said “when the tide goes in you see who’s swimming naked” that’s all it is. people talk about it as if it’s genius, it’s not, it’s just gambling and hoping no one questions anything.

Bitcoin is on its way to breaking records, getting closer to hitting new high prices, showing that it's gaining more value and could go even higher than we've seen before. This could mean great things for people looking to invest, suggesting now might be a good time to get involved before it jumps even higher. It's an exciting moment that could change the game in general...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.1Blitcoin to a decent 11.4Biitcoin. At the heart of this evolution is Samantha Jack , whose deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional trading has been instrumental. Her holistic approach to investment and commitment to staying abreast of market trends make her an invaluable ally in navigating this new era in cryptocurrency investment
