The rise of generative AI will allow startups to do more with less. But the downside for entrepreneurs in the years ahead will be a more intense talent war for the best technical human employees. That’s according to George Arison, a serial entrepreneur and the CEO of Grindr, the $2 billion dating company that caters to LGBTQ communities.

Thats the dream, it remains to be seen if AI can actually pull it off. Conversely this will simply create THOUSANDS of small competitors where eventually there will be zero margin to make efforts worthwhile. Why thousands? Because it will cost very little to have a team of agents orchestrating your work and hence everyone can afford the same tools. Today startups are limited by access to good developers and capital to bring their companies to life.
