I took it as... Alex Jones came to grips with the terms of... He was partly right about the machine... the machine has essentially beat him. Okay, so, Alex Jones never makes sense, but I found myself thinking 'Wait, what?' more times in this video than I think any other Alex Jones rant. It really is incredibly cryptic and creepy. I know it's not really funny, but I can't help but laugh when I think about how, since the beginning, we've literally been watching the slow deterioration of sanity in Alex's mind. It's sad, it's scary, it's funny. It's just so weird how casually he says "I'm ready to die." His voice has sort of an 'of course,' tone to it, as if it makes sense. Chris Benoit had the brain of an 80 year old man with dementia. I am not excusing his actions whatsoever, but they've shown that he had the encephalopathy that comes from repeated blows to the head. NFL players are getting it, wrestlers, probably boxers and mma fighters too. Some people with dementia get extremely paranoid. Apparently, in his final months Benoit would have his driver take him on long drives between the airport and his home because he believed people were following him. It's beyond sad. Alex is clearly a danger to himself and others. Any useful info he had ran out long ago and it's been replaced with ridiculous claims and rampant speculation passed off as the certain truth.

Honestly, I think it's a bit unfair to compare this to the Chris Benoit situation. My big issue is that with Benoit, there weren't as many places where he could really give signals about his condition, whereas with Alex, he's got both his own show and much more access to interview spots, both due to his name being bigger overall and there just being more places he can do it since we're further ahead in time than we were back then. Regardless, I do agree that things are getting beyond beyond dangerous (and no, that wasn't a typo) and that someone needs to get Alex some legitimate help. Because if we thought Chris Benoit did something horrible, I guarantee you without even a hint of a shadow of a doubt Alex will do far, far, far worse.
