Because Alex was supposed to testify today, but Pattis decided not to call him and sent him home to Texas so suddenly, they had nothing to present today. They adjourned to try to regroup a couple of times and to agree on what to tell the jury about why there'd be no evidence presented today. So yeah, a lot of wall time. Alex will be back next week some time.

I still think it was ill-advised of Elizabeth to write that because it's SO easy for Alex and his supporters to point to and say that the media is lying about him and so on. The plaintiffs' counsel are arguing on the plaintiffs' behalf and to the plaintiffs' benefit. Nothing weird or wrong with that. Now, Alex has already been sanctioned for remarks made about one of the attorneys (he offered a million dollars for Mattei's head on a pike. Which, if I were Mattei, would make me hyper vigilante whenever Alex mentioned me again) and he's been found liable for what he's said about the families so maybe he should just not talk about them. I think it is serious that he didn't testify Friday, yet held a press conference outside the court. Now, Pattis said that it was his choice to not call Alex. Maybe Alex really wanted to talk. But I still think it's unwise. Bad optics. And his own attorney seemingly wasn't aware it was happening.

Lulz. This trial is a farce. Alex Jones has been railroaded since day one. He was declared guilty by a judge and barred from preventing his defense to the jury. This trial was politically motivated from day one. Ask yourself one question, why is there a lawsuit now, and not in 2013 or 2014?

I watched the press conference three times and Alex Jones DID NOT make a statement asking jurors to do independent research....as much as people don’t like Alex Jones this should not have been a threat to him or his attorney. The Judge has openly and strongly threatened the defense counsel but not the prosecution for misleading (or even blatantly lying) to the court???? Come onnnnnn. We can disagree with people and still want truth and justice. This issue should not have been “moved on from”. The prosecutor should be admonished and the judge needs to fix the lie. She is SO BIASED

He kept saying in the press conference that he has been barred from defending himself in the court by the judge and the reporter asked him what he would like the jury to know and he says (not word for word but you can watch for yourself) “I’m barred from defending myself but if I could tell them anything I would say..:(insert his thoughts on the case about 1st amendment then he went on a tangent about the mmm vs independent news sources).

This judge won’t allow him to speak. Why? Because she’s a spell caster and if she loses that control she losses her authority… that’s why she won’t let him speak. It destroys her authority. And she is not the authority she’s supposed to represent unbiased arbitration. Yet she threatens people with fine and penalty

@@sweeettat it’s kinda of a proof of tyranny when you try to speak and the judge cuts you off from speaking, then while they are speaking and cutting off what you are saying, that you are the one who isn’t allowing them to speak. It’s exactly proving that she’s a tyrant and that courts are tyrannical. Give them enough rope
@mukmowf9402

@@Vindsus86 you miss the point, yes that is how it works in courts, and that’s the exact reason why Alex is calling it tyrannical, because it is. The judge isn’t the executive, the living human is. The Sovereign should have the authority to speak not the judge, the judge rules on what the out comes of those words are, they shouldn’t be able to restrict what’s being said. That’s the tyrannical part as we are the sovereign not the servant… she is the servant not the ruling force. This is the point and she proves it’s tyrannical by her conduct. The constitution gives the individual the sovereignty and authority, the judge is a servant of the constitution and should be upholding the right of the first amendment not denying it…. That’s is the whole point of what Alex is saying, but you obviously miss it
