18th Feb 2022, the BBC news website discusses the use of false flag events and gives multiple examples as fact: eg. German invasion of Poland (1939), Russian invasion of Finland (1939), Gulf of Tonkin (1964). The BBC is a reputable website in the eyes of most people. Given that we know and accept that false flag events have occured in the past, it is only fair for people to speculate on current events and the possibility that they might be false flags. That seems only fair. When considering if an event is a false flag, one might look for either odd appearances of the people playing out the false flag event and/or a clear political motive which is to be gained by the event taking place.

@@worsethanjoerogan8061 Really? Then why did it happen 3 times in 2 different states? You understand that part of that discovery was appointing a corporate rep that could, you know, answer questions on behalf of the company. And they gave that job to low level employees that they knew where wholly unprepared in order to stonewall discovery. Then in a last ditch effort hired a lawyer from outside (Paz) to be the rep and gave her nothing to work with even when she asked for information. So no there wasnt a "record breaking" amount of discovery. Jones is lying to people on his show.

@@worsethanjoerogan8061 He didn't turn over everything demanded. The dispute took many months. Two judges in 2 different states dealt w/ this in far greater detail than you. Jones was legally bound to tell the truth to them, not to you. Neither of them was satisfied. Perhaps other judges will decide differently but til then I won't listen to troll wannabes.

Fair as in representation and having a judge who up holds the law. She is clearly biased and the prosecution is failing at gaining sympathy from the jurors with his loud vocalization and snide remarks. Just saying.

It’s not personal for either attorney. When you have a client, as their attorney, you are to provide them with “zealous advocacy”. Like even attorney Pattis said in sidebar, “I’m an advocate…it’s up to the judge to ensure there is a fair trial.”

Screw you. The judge won't let Alex actually defend himself. What happened to free speech?
@droof1002 жыл бұрын
@@joegerhardusa9017 - Jones had his free speech - he's now at a court hearing for damages based on what he said. As for courts, they have rules. Whether its this judge, or any other judge, people have to respect the rules of the court, whether they're making a claim, or responding to one. He continues to say everything he wants outside of the court, but has already been found liable for the damage his speech has caused. This hearing is not about his guilt or inocence. He might want to just get on the stand and tell the jury everything he believes or doesn't believe, that's his style, I get it, but everyone has to play by the rules. If that wasn't the case 'free speech' wouldn't exist.

Is it me or is the prosecution just dropping the ball on every segment? They have so much "evidence" for damages but they just insist on attacking him personally, after a time it looks like he is being bullied and that makes him sympathetic. Either by design or accident this has turned into a kangaroo court and makes me distrust US legal system even more

It's not "prosecution". There's no prosecutor. It's a civil case. It's the families 's lawyer. Maybe before doubting a system, learn the basics of it. (And the guy thinks his viewers/ conservatives are smart.....)
@Apathy4742 жыл бұрын
@@ChristmasLoreMisusing one word doesn't show a lack of understanding for the entire judicial system and you have no evidence of this person's political views at all. He said "prosecution" to describe the group of people suing Alex which is a fair mistake, but I'm glad you feel proud of yourself now. Family's lawyers are also involved in criminal cases if I'm not mistaken. Wasn't George Floyd's family's lawyers the ones prosecuting Derek Chauvin? They were at least very involved in the case
