The time stamp around 58:00 is when the series of questions by the Court begins. I have had Jurors ask questions in at least 25 Trials in my career. I have also had Judges ask questions, on their own initiative, in perhaps the same number, but usually just something to clarify another question and answer, only a couple of Judges ask really pointed questions. In some Jurisdictions the Judge will allow questions from Jurors. It is within the Judge's discretion. When a witness is failing to answer questions directly, or avoiding doing so, the Court may comment, instruct or admonish the witness. These witnesses are hilarious in the audacity that they think that the Jury will miss. I would not be as patient as the Court here.

Around 5:30pm, my daughter picked me up and we went to the library with my grandsons. I wore capri pants and a Beatles Tshirt. My days are all pretty much the same since I lost my husband. I remember most things clearly.
