I like the concept, a core kernel, with modules as required by each customer, with salesperson(s) describing what a full stack replacing some 'entrenched' product(s) could look like.

They simply cannot. But there is a simple answer to that question: “we are just a IT support/consulting company who use some machine learning algorithm that existed for decades”
