n October 17th, 2024, at the age of 40, I experienced a heart attack. While I was alone in my car facing the end, I didn’t feel lonely. I pushed through the pain and called a friend, who then reached out to several others. With the support of friends and medical professionals, I was given a second chance at life. I hope that anyone feeling alone will reach out to someone. You are not alone!

Been an Alex lambert fan since American idol days when he sang John legend everybody knows and let me love you on Ellen show. I was pissed AF when he got eliminated was my favorite contestant. I remember how special his voice was but could see the youth and inexperience at the time but I knew with age he would get even better. I know he took time away from music for awhile because I would look up Alex lambert and nothing for years in the 2010s. but glad he’s back his voice is too special like James morrison sound. I do miss him covering rnb songs I hope you can go back and cover some rnb songs for listening would be so dope!
