His name is Andres Linaldi I believe. Originally from MEX and also refs sabre, based out of the East Coast somewhere in USA now.

yeah he’s reffed me a bunch of times before he’s almost always accurate with his calls and has the no bs attitude

Did he get a yellow card and lose a point because he argued on the last point? If not, what was the card for? I do think that refs need to restrain fencers when they get out of line à la Miles Chamley-Watson, but fencers should also be given a detailed explanation of a disputed point. I feel like some refs give too much leeway and others don't give enough.
