You went together to the lodging as friends, why did you leave her behind? It could have been different if she died in another place after you departed. You were responsible. May be it was not premeditated but it happened but since you are the only one who knows what happened, just repent and hope one day the sentence can be reduced to manslaughter and the sentence reduced. May be you started arguments after she learned that you had a wife and you hit her and she died.
