Why would they go heavy when Sean is an obvious backup for the title? Anyway, they threw some heavy shots at times. This ain't the entire spar, at one point it repeats. Sean's double jab is beautiful..Alex's kicks really add to the danger. The dude stands like a loaded gun, just pure power from the core. Sean's beat guys up in sparring, and that's what those guys wanted. This is two fighters learning to be better fighters. 1:56
