A-Rod hit an insane amount of dramatic home runs in pinstripes. Realistically he could have a solid top 20 reel. Here are 10 of his best.

A-Rod carried the Yankees in that 09 postseason. Matsui had a World Series for the ages but the overall 09 postseason A-Rod just refused to let the Yankees lose. All the criticism he received for some past playoffs he just let loose for 09. His numbers that postseason have to be top 5 postseason performances by a player of all time. Amazing.

Still garbage in every other postseason with the Yankees aside from 04 ALDS. He was a true loser

#8 (2:28) - Not sure if anyone realizes how crazy this was. At that time, A-Rod had 12 straight seasons of hitting 30 HRs and driving in 100 RBIs. This was the last game of the year and heading in to the final 2 at-bats of the regular season, he was sitting on 28 HRs and 93 RBIs. He ends up hitting a three run shot and a grand slam in the same inning to keep the streak alive. Absurd!
@TheInferno00999 ай бұрын
Yeah I remember him having that streak and I looked at his numbers before his last game and thought that sucks there's no way he's keeping that streak alive and then he did what he did and I was hyped and I'm not even a Yankees fan I'm a giants fan but that's still one of the coolest things I've seen

I really have to agree that that game 2 ALDS home run vs Minnesota is probably his greatest home run as a Yankee. It reinvigorated both his postseason career as well as my own personal A-Rod fandom. I remember being in high school watching that game with my friends on a friday night and going absolutely nuts when he hit that dramatic home run and from that moment I was extremely confident the yanks were going to win the world series in 2009. Haven't quite felt that way before or since.
