A-Rod regardless of steroids was one of the best players the game has ever seen. 5 tool player, multiple gold gloves, silver sluggers, homeruns, batting average. He truly could do it all. One of my old coaches said the best high school prospect he’s ever seen when he was a scout, was by far Alex Rodriguez.

As a New York Yankee fan I had heard about Alex Rodriguez who at the time was with the Mariners, so didn't get to see him play much. I was at Kennedy Intl. & passed him in the air port. I never realized how physically imposing he was. Rodriguez was a big man for a middle infielder (SS at that time)

Arod is a friken beast and no one can stop him imagine playing 22 seasons in the MLB and he only got better against the red Sox’s in New York bottom of the 15th inning score 0-0 arod slams a homer there are very few players that when your in the playoffs down 3-1 can take the pressure of hitting a 2 man homer to tie the game in the bottom of the 9th arod is one of the best players to ever step up to that plate
