Few takeaways. I didn't know Alex Shelly was this cool. I also think Denise is really natural at interviewing people. Loved when she brought up the quote from commentary that touched him. Bravo. Denise is gonna be just like Will Washington one of these days, gonna move on to bigger and better things. CHERISH her while she's still streaming, reviewing and doing watchalongs. I certainly do and wont be mad or surprised when she does.

2005 I was really getting into ROH and around that time Alex Shelley and CM Punk put on an absolute banger of a match, and since then, they've been my two favorite wrestlers bar none. There's a lot to compare & contrast between the two and they've each had remarkably different career trajectories but here it is almost 20 years later and I gotta say, Alex Shelley has had a hell of a run. Big fan of his work both on the mat and in the studio, his band is pretty ace if I do say so myself.
