That happened to my dad few years back when he was driving down the Chiswick High Road but he had literally pulled onto it when a drunk guy stumbed into road and walked straight into my dad's wing mirror on his Luton van , The guy was alright but was so pissed didn't even realised he done it. My dad felt awful for ages

This happened to me, luckily I didn't have to pay with my career, but I'm still bitter I had to pay out of my own pocket for a new indicator and windscreen on my 205 GTi !! :) Luckily the Police were on my side and accepted he was a drunk medical student, and he wasn't dead, just probably a sore head from the booze and a sore arm and leg.

They did. 3 days before the 3 year civil claim time limit was up, they sued me via direct line insurance. They knew by then the truth. Got £330,000 out of my insurance, didn’t use the evidence exonerating me.

Seems like he doesn't care about the person that died even if it was there fault u still have your life mate should stop moaning about what u have lost the other guy lost a lot more
@australiamak24883 жыл бұрын
It's easy to judge someone when you're not in their shoes mate. 18 minutes is not enough time for you to sit there and estimate someone's remorse. His also a victim in this situation.
@channelsibley3 жыл бұрын
@@australiamak2488 i do have no remorse as i feel i shouldn’t have to. I used to feel sorry for the family but after the case they should have seen that the police fucked up. 3 years later they took me to a civil court via direct line insurance. Direct line wouldn’t tell me when it was and said i dont need to go. The other side used the incorrect evidence they knew the police had to screw £330,000 (2006) out of my insurance company. He was even found partially to blame (30%) which pissed me off as even if he was 1% to blame, what the f@ck was he doing on the road. Pedestrians should not play with traffic. Kurt Lange destroyed his family. Destroyed my life with images i wont forget helped only by the fact that i ha e been watching graphic videos on liveleak which. In comparison to what i saw that night make the man that died imagine to me watered down

What if a burglar breaks into your home and severs an artery on the broken window and dies in your kitchen. Their family and the police then pursue you, try and get a job or keep your career with a murder charge hanging over you. What the deceased lost was through his own actions, not Alex's! Why should Alex have to 'pay' for someone else's mistake. That's why he was 'moaning', not because he didn't care.

You have no idea. You were not there. You’re the problem I’m talking about when people make assumptions. This shouldn’t even have to be talked about. He hit the side of my car, he was running, if you hit a car going from left to right and you foot hits it, its going to bend and it did. I remember it as its not something you’d forget. The pigs need to pay for their deception and also for the negative comments like yours it brings proving my point . Thanks to them someone like you thinks I killed someone and I am at fault. I bet you go on about the Police. I bet you don’t trust them. I have first hand experience.

Its called facts. I guess streets lights aren’t needed where youre from. This was raised by the Police and the council the next day fixed it. With darks clothes on and without his glasses and a zebra crossing 30 m away and probably wanting to get away from his mother in law who incidentally lied Remember I shouldn’t even have to be talking about this. Man ran into the side of my car end of period not my problem not my fault which is why I have no filter on this incident. Now im waffling!
