Great job! Just a little advice: you know, the little orange flower at 0:06 and at 1:24 is a Marigold. You can collect their buds once they are completely dry after flowering. Inside you will find lots of small seeds in the shape of a porcupine peak. Dry them and keep them in a dark, dry place. Next year, you can plant them in soft soil to have endless amounts of them for FREE!

On todays episode of honoring his parent, homie has decided to transform moms garden. The weed eater skills he wields is top notch. He blasts through them with no problem. He wants to do this project right so he calls in a seasoned gardener for the wisdom. He walks into the store, taking his time to pick out the perfect flowers. Not just any flowers, but mom flowers. Got the mulch and the topsoil at the ready. This dude is a regular plumber, moms fountain cracked but with a lone trash bag, it creates a water tight seal and the fountain is back in business. He puts the soil down, the plastic, then the mulch. Thats the right way to do it right there. No corner cut around here. He finds some stepping stones laying around, and makes a sturdy walkway. This place is giving me secret garden vibes. This guy could communicate with the wild life if he tried. Its facinating. Mom is very happy, and so is the Lord. He likes to see us do kind things for our parents. And homie delivered in this episode. God speed my friend♥️♥️

It’s a really wonderful video, because it shows you that we don’t need to know before we want to do something. We can ask for help and learn more (the neighbor eg. in this video giving tips). Things have a learning curve to them and this is a beautiful start to start to explore more and keep up the maintence. It must have been so lovely for Alex’s mom to come home after a long day at work, and see that the garden had been taken care of, no weeds and added flwers and a working fountain again. Alex, I have gardened for many years and owned a greenhouse business. You need to have a plan or design before you ever start any gardening or planting. Make your clean up list and plan. Decide your design for the garden. Some plants aren’t for full sun. Always read the care directions before purchasing plants. Go by your design. Research on KZbin for help. This is a great ways to start and learn. It takes a lot of stress off you when doing projects. Hope this is helpful. (Don’t forget the watering for newly planted plants), Good luck!!! Word of advice, please for your future self's sake remove that gardening fabric. The wood mulch is supposed to decompose over time and feed back into the soil underneath. If you're worried about weeds, I'm here to tell you they will still grow through regardless of the fabric.

Plant seeds. In fact, you can just sprinkle seeds. Then, when the plants are starting to go to seed, pinch off most, so they’ll keep flowering, and let some seeds form, mature and drop to the ground. You’ll have flowers the next year. You’re a great son!
