I think the problem isn’t that she isn’t receiving recognition, she just isn’t receiving recognition from Koreans in particular. This is because she isn’t being managed properly and isn’t trying to connect with korean fans. She speaks in English for lives, videos etc rather than korean or a mix of both.

I'm not gonna lie...it wasn't as hard hitting as 'bomb' or 'do or die' but we need to acknowledge the fact that this song focuses on her beautiful vocals and I love that. Her past songs were based on hard choreography which resulted in hard beats for the song. I like that zb are trying to show all her talent little by little in every comeback. *Bomb* - focuses her dancing. *Do Or Die* - focuses her rapping and her dancing. *Villain* - focuses her amazing vocals. Villain is a song which embraces her beautiful vocals and shows that not only is AleXa good at dancing but also rapping and singing... *(Note that is a Pre-release and the mini album will be out by October Ig)* We all a.i. troopers are super proud of her! :)) (P.S. I actually like this song better than the others. Personal opinion, but I love the vocals and then when the chorus hits I absolutely love the hard heavy melody they put behind it. Sounds sick. Alexa's style of music is something pretty different for kpop and some people don't love it, but I love it. She's quickly become one of my favorite people in kpop currently.
