I almost feel like a bandwagon fan but I never really noticed her in NXT but the moment I saw her on SD Live, I just loved her look and decided that she was the one to keep an eye on. Don't remember seeing any of that in the Divas era. She reminds me a lot of Trish and is just as good on the mic and in the ring, but people who view the past through rose tinted glasses won't admit that. If you had said Carmella, you might have had a point. But just because you personally don't like someone, doesn't mean they aren't good.

It really sucks that she's getting so much hate now. I think she's utterly phenomenal at her job at playing a heel, but a lot of people look at her average wrestling skills and call her talentless and overrated. I'll admit that she's overpushed and that the other ladies need some time in the spotlight, but she's just so interesting and engaging and commands your attention every Monday night on Raw. I'm hoping that she has a face turn coming up. As much as I love her heel character, WWE doesn't let her execute the crazy athletic moves anymore that made me take notice of her in the first place. They want her to play a classic 80s-90s heel that doesn't do much wrestling and relies on sneaky tactics to win, and that has given smarks the misconception that she's terrible in the ring. I'm hoping that a face run will be able to prove all of her haters wrong, because it doesn't seem right that a kind, sweet, and genuine person such as this is getting all this unwarranted negativity thrown her way.

I know times have drastically changed from the mid 90's when I first started following wrestling, but I really wish Kayfabe was still more of a thing these days. It's hard to hate her lol. Alexa Bliss is, in my opinion, proof that NXT is not working as intended. NXT is awesome, it has consistently put on the best WWE in ring wrestling performances for the last 2 or 3 years, that's undeniable. But the goal of acclimating superstars to the WWE environment has not been as consistent. Most superstars who were top on NXT get lost on the main roster. Finn Balor , for instance, was the best NXT superstar and now he's career is probably never gonna go anywhere on the main roster; that is a shame by the way. Alexa on the other hand, was nothing on NXT, but as soon as she came to the main roster, she became one of the best superstars in the company. I mean, she even beat Charlotte at obtaining both Raw and SmackDown titles. Instead of being considered a developmental brand, NXT should become its own brand, a third main one. That way, we as fans can stop having expectations for promising NXT superstars

robTCGZ no dude. Nxt is the ultimate judge of how good a wrestler is. Wwe is a circus. Alexa bliss wouldn't survive in any other wrestling company. The only place she'd ever work (likewise to other nxt failures carmella, elias etc), is as a heel on the main roster. As a face, she'd be a glorified jobber like her nxt days. She would never get time to speak on the mic. She'd rely on her wrestling ability like all the female faces do (sasha, naomi, becky etc) to get her over It just shows how inept she is as a wrestler. There's women there who if they were booked liked her would be 10,000 times better, due to the fact that they can wrestle as well as looking good as well as being great heels on the mic. The key people I'd be looking at would be sasha and Charlotte. Charlotte isn't as liked as sasha and alexa coz shes not as good looking, but I dunno wtf wwe is doing with sasha. Imo the total package in women's wrestling today yet they decided they want to go back to the divas era booking blondes as they champion...
