Alexa Nikolas Leaks The Drive: Eat Predators' new low

she leaked the drive. I'm mad about it. This video is a commentary podcast and not allegations of true facts, I'm telling you what I'm seeing on twitter and the fight I got into with her husband. I don't care that there was a freedom of information act already done for this information, that doesn't mean someone like Alexa should weaponize it like this. Alexa was not the one to request the FOIA for the Drake Bell 2021 Court Case and I don't understand why she did not provide the direct link either during her communications with Kat Tenbarge or in the last two days on twitter, but to be clear her narrative is still that she was not given the documents by Drake Bell, I propose a couple of other options for how I think she might have gotten them, but I say she didn't say how she got them at the end of the video and what I mean more accurately would be "without describing a realistic process through which she got them", since nobody else requesting the docs from the courthouse was directed to this police document record.

And Alexa claimed in that livestream that she goes to therapy 3 times a week! You'd think that by now her therapist would've taught her tools on how to control her temper or the way she reacts to something thats triggering. I know bc I see a therapist once a month and *it takes effort* to learn those tools and use them when the time is opportune. All I'm seeing is Alexa going through a rampage because she saw those questions as a personal attack and threw any regard for the victim out the window.

I say this as someone for whom standard talk therapy was not helpful, I do not think Alexa's going to ever get anything out of talk therapy. She needs a therapist who is going to say "Here is some homework and some worksheets and I know it sounds silly but you need to actually draw out the middle path exercise when you start thinking all or nothing thoughts". doing zoom iop dbt during the pandemic for a month is what made me be like "oh this is how people live to their thirties" lol. but I don't feel like her therapist is giving her much more than "oh, that's awful, and how does that make you feel" for an hour. And I've had therapists like that!! it sucks!!

I'm still stuck on her willingly misunderstanding how journalism works by interpreting Kat's interview questions, something intended to give Alexa an opportunity to defend herself, as intimidation. There's also fact that she thinks Kat is targeting her through the guise of reporting on Drake Bell instead of Kat only giving Alexa the time of day as part of her reporting on Drake Bell. She seems convinced that every inch of the Drake Bell case, Quiet on Set, and even seemingly everything about Dan Schneider and Nickelodeon is all about her.

God, she’s a horrible person! How is she acting like she is the victim in this situation when she just doxxed a victim of a celebrity with rabid fans? Was Drake’s child endangerment sentence and the message of him saying “hurry up” to a 15 year stating their age not enough? yeah i was trying so hard to give her the benefit of the doubt but this has crossed so many fucking lines. I'm so angry and heartbroken. I wasn't around on EP for long but I'd really been excited when I first found it bc of a mix of childhood nostalgia and seeing/relating to a fellow survivor. To watch someone I'd started to admire torpedo herself bc she seems to want the attention and validation from another survivor-abuser makes me so sad. I haven't looked at the drive and I have no intention to, but if there is any sort of unredacted addresses, names and other sorts of private information that could led to the minor being tracked down, she just fucking doxxed a minor (and possibly DB, the other survivor she's claiming to want to stand up for and protect??) on top of re-traumatizing the minor by fucking blasting her business all over the internet. I hope the minor gets the justice she deserves in this. I'm fucking raging and heartbroken that she needs justice in this to begin with. Alexa's emotional immaturity is hurting so many others and she refuses to see it. She's no better than my abusive, gaslighting mother in my eyes now.

I thought that’s what she meant at first but clearly not. Having no desire to become trauma informed when first hand working with victims tells me everything I need to know about what stage she is at with her own healing. alexa seems utterly incapable of taking accountability for her own actions. at the first sign of criticism (real or imagined) she starts conflating any examination of her conduct with discrediting survivors as a collective. she assumes that any negative words against her must stem from an overall disregard for her and others' experiences of abuse and a general hatred of women. and yet she is quick to throw a young woman under the bus in an attempt to exonerate the man who groomed her as a child. what a terrible combination of projection and a persecution complex. i hope alexa gets the help she clearly needs, and that the young woman she betrayed is safe and able to heal from this situation.

The fact that these documents can be distributed is absolutely awful and shows the utter disregard the justice system has for victims. It is so hard to come forward to begin with and seeing things like this will discourage and dishearten victims in the future to come forward. Something needs to be done to better protect victims and their rights to privacy when speaking out on what has happened to them.

i'm catching up on this situation and...it's really just awful. throwing a victim under the bus to prop up a perpetrator is the farthest thing from advocacy and activism i can imagine. i commented on your swoop video about how experiencing trauma doesn't inherently enlighten someone. experiencing trauma means you're traumatized, and the only expertise it grants you is with your own trauma. and it really feels like alexa believes her trauma does mean she's enlightened, an expert, worthy of leadership. but it feels very clear she has yet to heal her trauma, constantly projecting her own experiences and only seeing her own perspective. i really do hope she is able to heal, for her own sake and for everyone else's. more than anything, my heart goes out to the victims of drake bell, in particular the one who is exposed in the document. to have gone through that abuse and trauma just to be disbelieved and used as props to "exonerate" their abuser...by an "advocate" and "activist" no less. it's nothing short of horrifying. they deserve peace and healing, and i hope they can find it in spite of all this.

I don't think it matters if it was sealed or unsealed or previously sealed and unsealed through a FOIA request by someone else or whatever... It's not really the point. Alexa has made this survivor's trauma more easily accessible and publicized just for an attempt at a gotcha cause her ego got bruised. Imho, she's been nursing an ego injury since the time people started publicly leaving her organization (...or is it just a podcast?) and getting questions from a big journalist, being told she isn't much of a celebrity, and having some tweets ratio'd set it off in full force. There are many things that Alexa isn't truly getting in my opinion. I stumbled over your coverage of that livestream yesterday and watched it. (Haven't watched your other videos about her yet, but will rectify that today.) But her attitude and what she said baffled me completely. The fact that she didn't even think that an abused could become an abuser... I don't know, that floored me tbh. It's a very childish and surface level worldview. The way she spoke to and about Adam also really didn't sit right with me. But people with a victim complex rarely think about how their actions affect others. That she now actually linked to this document... How low can you get, I don't understand it. How can she even dare claim that she's here for survivors? Let's be honest, she is very similar to CCR, just on the other side of the spectrum. But in the end they both exploit other people's trauma for their own gain. Wish I wouldn't be surprised but I only now fell down this rabbit hole. I truly hope the survivor is surrounded by good people and that she'll be okay. She doesn't deserve any of this shit. That it's also coming from people who are so much older than her and who still continuously revictimize her... I'm just baffled and angry. I am just going to say it. I cannot fucking stand Alexa. I watched a few of her streams earlier this year/last year. I had to turn it off because she just came off as childish and disingenuous. I HATE the ways she says “survivor” and the way she spells out “bad” words. The way she says survivor makes me cringe. I think she saw this whole thing as a steady job and a way to get famous again. I had to stop watching her because I realized that this was her revenge campaign for anyone who has hurt her. I am a grown woman in my 20s, married, and I have been assaulted by an older man and girl in my class in HS. I have been in therapy for 4 years dealing with things that have plagued me for many years. I don’t like to identify as a “survivor” partly because of how Alexa uses it and I don’t like calling myself a “victim”. She makes my deeply angry when she talks about people’s lives and events like she’s an expert. After watching all the videos, a conclusion Ive come to is that Alexa really talks like a conspiracy theorist, for example; assuming Kat is mad at her for not reading an article and is out to get her specifically, the conclusion that people were paid in crypto to run a bot campaign against her shirt design, the assumptions that when her guess who streams, your conclusion will be automatically being on her side, and her constant effort in trying to make things about herself/being in the center of everything as if everything revolves around her. There's more things I've noticed but all that and her history with conspiracy theory leads me to think she may go down deeper that rabbit hole and it's concerning. It will make her even more dangerous to be around, especially with people in her life like her husband enabling her. I think this will get only worse and I worry for all the people she is targeting with her descent into this madness.

God, I hate to ask because I feel like I SHOULDN’T KNOW but has anyone shared with you whether the “finsta” claim is mentioned at all in these docs? Asking because I noticed that the “she was communicating with him through a finsta and catfished him!” excuse ONLY started getting circulated once people saw pictures of the victim with Drake and were like there is no way in hell any adult would believe this girl was older even if she did lie, she looks like a literal child. So the “she lied about her age” excuse stopped working and they had to come up with a new one. Every time I’ve pressed a Drake Bell apologist on where they found that claim or to direct me to any evidence of it they stop responding. So my conspiracy theory was that Drake spread that rumor out of thin air himself by feeding it to his lil minions in his discord or something. All that aside though I just can’t say enough how disgusted I am with Alexa. Very Gabbie Hanna vibes with the perpetual victimhood for herself + utter lack of actual human empathy for others, where the trauma other people have been through is just like… something happening in a movie they’re watching or something, they can perform an emotional reaction to it but it’s not actually real to them. confirmed with my Drake Bell Expert friend (@Crow_gift) on twitter that there doesn't seem to be any legitimacy to that claim as he makes it- she did message him at one point from a backup account after being blocked, but nothing that spins the narrative of "he thought she was fully a different person." He knew her since he was a little girl, he sent her a card for her birthday, when he asked her age it was "how old are you /now/" and he received photos of her (redacted in the documents, thank god) before she would come to his concert, so there's really just no way he didn't know. I completely agree he fed it and they all ran with it. I think he fed a lot of the lines Alexa said about him in that live too.

What got my attention is that she's saying she's in therapy three times a week but seems to only be digging in on her trauma (because as someone who was never believed I will give grace that she has some) and she seems to only be getting worse instead of healing. Maybe she needs to look at different therapy techniques because whatever she's doing 3 times a week isn't working. I failed talk therapy because it kept bringing my trauma up and I wasn't work through it so my psychiatrist said I need something else. One year later...stability is lovely.

Much appreciation for the coverage of this. I was somewhat a fan of Alexa in the sense that I enjoyed her lives as background noise at times in the beginning. At first she seemed like a fun personality and I related to things she had to say. I became a low level member around January or February. Maybe I'm wrong I forget when it was but I didn't stay a member for more than 1 month due to her discord blowing up into a huge mess because SHE made many mistakes surrounding that server and that was when I really was wondering who I was supporting so I cancelled my membership. Then quiet on set came out and she really messed up with the drake bell situation and I kept up with her just to give her the benefit of the doubt but she kept disappointing me. I liked her bc I am a survivor myself but the way she treats other survivors... It is really upsetting and I hope Alexa gets help truly and takes time away from social media but like... I'm done with her I've been done for a long time now.

She acted like these questions were directly to say Kat didn’t believe Alexa, But all they were was to get the full side of the story and get her response. There can be restrictions as well as redactions pertaining to documents one receives from a FOIA request. For example there may be a requirement to not publish or distribute those documents. It doesn’t mean that the documents you receive can be shared with anyone but they’re released explicitly to the one who requests them.

i’m genuinely confused as to why Alexa seems to desperately need Kat to read these docs and agree with Alexa about them? Like, Kat asked a question about Alexa flipping sides on Drake’s victim. Which would be information that a former eat predators member tipped her off to since she was forthcoming to Alexa about how she got the information to question her on. As deplorable as it is for Alexa to be grandstanding for Drake now, she easily could have said that she was given access to documents that she believes exonerates Drake. Instead, she basically said “i’ve seen everything about the case and I believe Drake. and also i’m objectively right about it so here is all the information so you can’t say that i’m wrong about this” and THEN went further to ask why Kat wouldn’t be including the documents? By my research, to get a sealed court record you would have to file a motion for access, so there would be a record of that if you don’t get it from one of the parties involved. But even if they weren’t, to share them out like this is despicable. I can’t believe she thinks this would help her position. She actually leaked sealed court documents that were sealed to protect her, and ruined the entire movement of her whole eat predators movement. She has now become the thing she hoped to destroy.
