Even though they never got together in The 100 us Bellarke shippers ALL saw their chemistry and everyone kept saying they were just platonic and good friends. I know that she said that she had a partner during season 1 in an Instagram post, but DAMN, I WOULD NOT COMPLAIN if these two were together. I can't really tell what their dynamic is. Like, "platonic soulmates" is the closest I can think of. They're very tender towards each other and just genuinely enjoy each other's company. Big softies. I couldn’t see them dating rn because of the age gap, but they seem like great friends. Edit: I though she was 24. She’s 27, so it’s not as bad of an age gap. I still think they’re cuter as friends, though.

What do you mean because of the age gap? She's going into her thirties soon and he just reached his 40s they are both creative, both youthful, both good looking, have great chemistry, both consenting adults past their 20s in similar life paths even though ben is established and it's their only difference. It's completely fine and normal if they dated and it's welcomed in their case. He's not a 40year old of everyday life nor she is a close to 30 year old of everyday life. None of them want to settle and get married etc as they just found this big stardom (in Ben's case he found his acting rebirth after his big roles that made him well known but not skyrocket in the industry, so now it's his moment as well). And they suit eachother very well, even with some opposite traits, both physically and regarding their idiosyncrasies they seem good together and organic in my opinion. So again completely ok. She's of course more wild and not that posh but that's just regarding their character antithesis not their years of life. In fact in this case his life and work experience helps Jessie and vise versa, her boldness and outspoken personality makes him learn a lot too. Their age gap compliments eachother in this specific case and when it comes to their life path and it makes them compatible.

Me and my partner have a 14 years gap. Absolutely no issue. I think it depends on how you fit in together, and whether you have the same emotional involvement and are on the same page. The rest doesn't matter.
