Norwegian sprinter Alexander Kristoff of UAE Team Emireates dominated the 2019 Gent-Wevelgem with a powerful sprint from the peloton. Kristoff is returning to the 2021 Gent-Wevelgem to aim for another win in the Flandrien cobbled classic, facing off against the likes of Wout van Aert and Mathieu van der Poel.

The are always very annoying an post the previous year race highlights at the same time as the current race. And then intentionally don't write the year so you click on it. It's the most irritating channel on youtube.

Very dicey sprint. The top 3 turned out to be some of the few who had a clear path to the line. Sagan was squeezed and then bumped and van der Poel in fourth actually had to stop pedaling momentarily within the last 75 meters. Still credit to Kristoff who seems to win most of his sprints from the front.
