The physicality of Keith's movements is spot on. If someone has done it better, please share.

Plus on top of it, it is said in his book that he never shot up in his arm like we can see it here, I think the directors is missing crucial parts of it

Jolly good. Not sure about the threads though; Keith had far better taste than this.

As a Keef fan for many years, I can say with some certainly that this is the most idiotic portrayal of Keith Richards I have ever seen. It's like they didn't even bother to research who Keith Richards really was. Check out the interviews with Richards in the late 60's and early 70's when he was in the height of his addiction and even then, he was nothing like the clown is portraying him. Even his interview on Old Grey Whistle where is he clearly strung out and you'll see he is lucid, thoughtful and articulate. If you are going to do a movie about a famous person, at least TRY to understand him instead of being lazy and making up some cartoon character instead.

Totally agree. A lazy, stereotypical portrayal. In the Old Grey Whistle interview, you can tell it was probably not the best time in his life, yet Keith can still speak very knowledgeably and eloquently about music.

The movie wasn't about him at all, it was about uschi obermayers life ,he was just one of her love affairs and it wasn't necessary for the plot to go deeper in portraying him it doesn't add anything to the storyline
