It was the Greeks rebellion nature and sense of superiority that initiated the invasion of Greece by the hands of Achaemenids. Even then many Greeks were against the rebellion, it happened anyways. Lastly the big difference between Cyrus and Alexander is he is titled as a prophet, king of kings, Father of Eranshahr and etc. Alexander’s titles were given to him mainly because of military achievements.
