I've felt like this. Like an imposter in my own mind/body. But not in the way of gender or anything. Just feeling like I've changed, become a different person. Someone who I don't like. Someone who I don't know or recognise. It was stress related for me. My life at that point was extremely tense and different. The stress made me change into someone I hated. One day I just stopped (quit my job because it was what caused me stress, went offline to stop being distracted) and analysed the cause of the change. The reason for why I was feeling like an alien in my own life. I stopped to think and truly reflect. That was really important because my life was so busy and I was being swept away by many influences. I realised that I had stopped praying or even being spiritual. I had started becoming like the people around me because I saw them as successful, confident happy people. But doing that didn't make me happy, it made me successful sure but I became serious, rigid, strict with myself and cold towards others around me. I pray you find the happier version of you again. The one that made you feel at peace. But if for whatever reason you can't, then I hope you find a better you. A version of yourself who is stronger, healthier, happier but most importantly more wise about what is important to you. I hope you grow and mature into a content person with clear vision and wisdom about love and life just like I have. Remember this feeling is only temporary.

I completely know what you're feeling. It was crazy because I was single/ not single and once I was finally happy and content with myself, it didn't last very long because I experienced a new kind of heartbreak and while that was happening I met the man I've waited for my whole life. And as much as I loved him (and still do), I missed the woman I was because I was finally in the best place I'd ever been with myself, content and single. feliciawiee, the exact same thing happened to me, except on a cruise. I never noticed him, until he noticed me. his smile- just told me that i've found him. I still remember his face, i'll never forget it. We held our gaze on the beach for at least 14 seconds. Ik i'm crazy but, I felt a spark that i've never felt for anyone before. I heard his name, but I never spoke to him. I wish i did. I wish i could just reverse time. I wish I had the guts to talk. We saw each other a few days after this and we held our gaze, again. I'll never feel what I felt with him ever again, unless it's him. luckily, i think one of my friends know him and it's the same name (it's a unique name) as what I heard. The description of him was perfect. it's him. i just know it. it's now been a year and i realised that he wasn't just a person. he was more than that. i wish i could just meet him already. sometimes i wish those pov's on tiktok of how many times you've passed your soulmate was real. it's been hard, but sometimes you just got to have hope 🥺

In December of 2020 I moved to a different state and this song was all I listened to before the move and on tiktok I would get these tarot card readings about him. Back then we did virtual school, we didn’t start going to school until two weeks later. I noticed that this boy named alan was in 5/7 of my classes. We didn’t have sparks at first but he made me feel very comfortable in this new environment. After 3 months of knowing eachother and telling him I didn’t want to date him; he told me he was getting tired of waiting around. We started a LDR, and after 2 years of Skype dates, late night calls, and lots of tears from having to be apart, we got the chance to move in together.
