You can tell these guys know what their doing. I cant same the same about the fence guys HOLY SHIT! Could tell they didnt know what they were doing. It's a plaster. Pool plaster is the final coating applied to the shell of a concrete in-ground pool. The layer of plaster is normally 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick. ... Pool plaster adds a watertight seal and makes the surface of the pool smoother for contact with swimmers than the underlying rough concrete shell.
