What a wonderful nostalgic video for me Geoff. I am originally from Rochdale I am now living in Devon but I miss the North tremendously. Those weavers cottages are marvellous.

Glad you enjoyed it. I made it as a teaching resource, 20 odd years ago so that my class would have some idea of what they were going to see before we had the walk around Littleborough.

Fascinating Geoff. Is there any risk of properties flooding do you happen to know?

The answer is yes, in the lower lying sections, but a lot of money has been spent on a flood relief programmes but as you'll know, climate change makes downpours more unpredictable but unfortunately more frequent in some areas.

Used to go in the white house & the rake on the way up to it, great panoramic view from the carpark of manchester barton bridge etc.
