I don't understand Moy. She as the last CB should not hold the ball long. Clear it whatever you got in front of you. This is a basic principle as the last defender. Does the manager didn't teach you this???? This is the Arsenal team going to play Bayrern Munich in the Champions League. Say goodbye. Don't waste time. And Maritz... urgh... She always left Hemp without marking. And Leah also not marking Hemp so close, and they know what Hemp can do with her dribbling skills and her pace. Caitley - Very poor. Not able to defend against Kelly and her passing also quite bad. Lastly, Arsenal needs good striker that can finish it into the net and good positioning. Today Arsenal not playing football. They are just chasing the ball. Stop playing from the back when we have so lousy defenders that cannot control the ball especially when Man City pressing very hard like this and slow in making quick decision what to do when been pressed.

2nd half was better but not enough at all. No proper attacking strategy. Man City just in control on overall positions. And they press hard and caused Arsenal unable to play their game. And again Arsenal just not learned from the 1st half. They should play one touch passing and looking for space quickly instead they keep on doing their major mistake. Holding the ball longer and end up missing the ball from their possession. so many times. So, the simple conclusion for this game why Arsenal lost.... Man City works hard pressing on every Arsenal player, work as a team unit, good passing and quick passing, won many ball challenges, and they are energetic. On the other hand, Arsenal wrong formation, missing ball possession, careless and slow, and damn slow to move the ball from own box to the opponent area. They unable to move the ball to the midfield area if Man City players are there. The only way the can bring the ball to the midfield area is when Man City players drop back and sit behind the ball in their own area. It means Man City win and totally control on both flanks and midfield area. They have quick and intelligent wingers and Arsenal RB/LB couldn't handle both of them. And they have lone striker Bunny that is strong, good ball control and good link up play.
