This is so clearly explained and so helpful. I'm a newbie sewist that decided to try my hand at garment sewing. I haven't actually made any clothes as yet as I'm a chicken when it comes to cutting cloth but I'm working on that. I am so excited to try pattern drafting and then sewing. My first project is a skirt for my teen daughter. I got stuck at the point of drafting the waistband and almost gave up. This is a light bulb for me. I test my skirt before waistband found it’s too fit ,can I alter the back darts or front darts ?
