lovely review... can you tell me whether you have had any colour transfer? also how do you find the chain ?? ie have you noticed any stress on the main two rings which support the chains

+Jill Jackson Hi Jill, For the time that I've used the bag, I've not notice any color transfer yet. Since my medium lily is in a darker beige gray color, I find that it doesn't pick up dirt or stains that easily like it would with a lighter beige color. Also my wardrobe is pretty neutral, I mostly only wear white, beige, gray, and black therefore that eliminates most chances for color transfer. However, i am super caution to try and avoid wearing the handbag with black cottons top/dresses/pants and darker denim, I suspect that'll definitely transfer some colors since this is a softer leather handbag. The chain on this bag is a bit smaller than the chain of Chanel jumbo and therefore doesn't make the bag as heavy as the jumbo. I find that when i carry alot of things in the bag, it does weigh it down substantially and if you are wearing one strap it does cut into your shoulders and become a bit painful. It's better to wear double strap to eliminate the pressure in that case. I have not notice any stress on the two rings as of yet.

also, would you buy another chanel jumbo in silver hardware or the Lily in black with silver hardware?

+Jill Jackson Chanel and Mulberry gives you two different looks. Chanel is elegant and timeless. Mulberry is casual chic/younger feel. It depends on your lifestyle too. Are you an office gal? Working in a casual setting? Do you already have a chanel? Personally I do wear my Mulberry a bit more than my Chanel in my daily life. Hope this helps
