@@AlexBarham yeah I go back and look at it now and then to be sure everything is staying in place. I've done these before using basketballs, and wok lids and all kinds of stuff but this works really well.

Great idea, one problem I am having is when the gasket is dried/cracked all the way down to where it meets the fabric... My zipper is leaking so its gonna have to go to Kokatat anyway. The cardboard trick is exactly what I did for the neck so I didn't have to buy their forms

Rotted to the fabric is exactly when using heat to release the adhesive is most important. It will get you back to a clean surface.
