Slow mornings are ones that I have always appreciated. I can really take my time and focus on what I am doing. I like the feeling of not having to be at a certain place at a certain time, just enjoying my time during each part of the morning :)
Anyway, I originally planned for this video to be more on the cinematic style, but I could not help but make it more vlog style. Honestly, I thought my cinematic style was a bit boring haha. It was probably because it didn't really feel like my style, and I wanted to only upload videos that reflected my self :)

I've been really trying to sleep before 11:00 pm like my late sleep are always 10:30 and it really is a good change, I can tell it by when I wake up around 8 am or 7 I don't get irritated and tired the whole day.. also, writing down my thoughts has helped me a lot tbh, even though I don't want to share my thoughts with someone I still get to lessen it by writing it down.. you really inspires me a lot Alex ❤
