As I’m awake at 5am😭 and making my agenda! As a artist and content creator with ADHD, a good agenda/diary is key for my sanity! I’m always striving for balance and ways to remain intentional, so documenting my journey via my YT Chanel and simply writing out what I want has been incredibly helpful for me! i honestly love alex's time managment! the medical field really takes up a lot of your time and requires you to be busy, However Alex really handled it well! she has time to clean up her room and make meals for herself,,,,do errands, study, spend quality time with family,,, etc. it's so motivating to watch her. ++ luv how she stays productive and positive !! ofc there might be sometimes when students loose their sanity and regret the field they chose, or maybe even hate studying,,, so it's really nice to see Alex being healthy and positive

I have subscribed to ur channel since ur inception, and I was then a high school student, and now I'm following u as a med student. As a person suffering from depression, I find it hard to stay active but seeing ur productive videos makes me forget everything and all I want to do is study. I finished the exams of the first semester and all my grades were perfect that I was very tired and pushed myself but I did it and achieved what I wanted, thanks to you, I become more productive when I see your videos and routines.
