bro there's a mistake u do , YOU shower JUST after u Eat , which is totally not good . I appreciate yo awesome video , been seeing for long time . Also do not believe me , go check what i said on internet, remember they say never swim after you eat. REASON ::::: Bathing after eating diverts blood flow away from the stomach and toward the muscles, which can slow down digestion. Showering right after eating directs blood flow to the extremities, which may interrupt the digestion process initially taking place in the stomach.::::: ALSO :::: So while a quick shower won't sabotage your digestion, it's generally better to wait 30-60 minutes after eating before bathing or showering to allow the initial important stages of digestion to proceed. Letting food fully digest helps avoid feeling discomfort, bloating, or fatigue after bathing.""::::: REASON are from chatgpt , but the info is a general knowledge. hope i helped u a little just the way u always do , also try avoid using plastic container in microwave , so use glassware microwave safe, it leaches , also yo water cotainer in refrigerator was platic material , try replacing with steel or thermos @@alexcosta
