Thank you for this!!! I am crying...I wish I had come across this many moons ago. I am suffering Bipolar, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and I am in the process of moving from chemical medication into alternative meds and lifestyle, I ve been on chemical meds now for 13 years, and this whole thing aint easy and I feel so alone with it, I feel I do not get the much needed support from my family (hubby and kids) - I am 52 - I feel lonely. But I wont give up!! This music is SUCH a relief.....all evening I ve been jumping and searching on youtube.....the moment this music started it was like all the stress and shit and evil powers were leaving, like when you are tensed up and you go for a massage....that kind of relief, I physically feel it happening, it is amazing!
