Mr Peterson locked his son up in his basement and the pitch black character in his house is the son. For people who dont know, the kids got trapped in the basement and escaped, although the neighbor saw them and chased them out, Nicky (who also got trapped by neighbor and possesed by him (also the one who has the bag) The girl (Tritiny beles) parents came out right after peter looked in his house and saw aaron (the kid from the hello neighbor official game) escaped the basement too, so the neighbor had to chase him while holding her hand, the parents tried to stop him as the cops surrounded him, he (the neighbor) beat some of em up, but a huddle of cops tackled him to the ground and arrested him. Pls make me famous

The neighbour isn't a bad person, he lost his family! He also doesn't want to lose his son! All it takes for stuff to go good if someone convinces the neighbour to forgive Aaron for his mistake. I wish the modded version of Hello Neighbour was real, where the neighbour doesn't kill himself, instead the player saves him, and then we have to defeat the main villain, which is the shadowman. Then when the player wakes up, the neighbour who is now old goes to his house, then the two are happy together, and friends if im correct.

Fun fact: the ending is like the ending of Act2. They escape the house, the neighbor chases them when he hears the glass break and runs back inside. In act 2 when Nicky escapes he chases him when the window of the neighbors house breaks and he runs back into the house
