It's pretty good that exact this guy came to USA to play for the MLS team, he's the real Russian, he is humble, just look at this guy! I mean this is sort of a stereotypes that all Russian are gangsters and stuff. so I'm as a Russian I'm kinda glad that Alexey is an only Russian player in MLS nowadays

He is a real Russian, but hockey players are as well.

Honestly I was surprised that he accepted the deal to come here and didn’t consider going back to RPL or some other club in Europe . He’s the second Russian to play in MLS so far . I wish for his success and hope he enjoys himself here 👍

@christophertrujillo71920 күн бұрын
@@plyush Igor Simutenkov who’s I think is currently one of the assistant coaches at Zenit St Petersburg. He played for Sporting Kansas City in the early 2000s

there were few of Russian players, but yeah, only Simutenkov was a famous baller in Russia. Others like Rod Djachenko or Maxim Usanov are not really well known.

Hold up , he said his country (Russia) don’t celebrate Halloween 🤯
@vr483122 күн бұрын
well, Halloween is western christian church holiday originating from celtic Samhain. Russian church is orthodoxal, and old Rus pagan culture is closer to nordic, not gaelic. Just like every other country, we are affected by american pop culture through the movies, so we do have halloween parties, some cafes might be decorated with "spooky" stuff and pumkins, but that's pretty much it. There's no trick or treating, and I don't think any russian can name a single "traditional" halloween candy.
@ВладАлександров-у8б22 күн бұрын
Halloween in Russia is not an official holiday, but people who are now 25 and younger like to organize themed parties, movie marathons and spend the evening with friends dressing up in Halloween outfits. There are a lot of Halloween items on the shelves in stores, it is obviously in demand. However, people of the older generation are neutral at best about this holiday. At best.

@@ВладАлександров-у8б Honestly I don't think that people 25 years and younger celebrate Halloween in Russia, lets be honest here, maybe there are some acceptance but I'm younger than 25 years and I don't know anyone around my peers who actually celebrate it)) of course everyone knows about it because of movies but no one actually celebrates and knocks at doors to ask for candy
