I totally relate and thank you for being honest and vulnerable. I'm in my late 40s and thinking it might be a hormonal/perimenopause thing for me that's causing me to feel unattractive and unmotivated some days. Hi, I stopped the video when you said you don’t feel pretty or good about yourself physically and I get like that often especially when my hair isn’t done. I chose to take my $ & do more important things & being my birthday is October 17th I said I’m just going to wait till then & do a mani, pedi, hair & go shopping. I wanted to say to you that it’s normal for you to feel that way at times. As you know PRAYER IS POWERFUL 🙏& when I get down I talk to GOD more & read passages in the bible. I also started seeing a therapist & I felt so much better. Your probably doing a lot & need more self care. It’s great that you notice the issue and your talking about it.. now it’s time to fix it. REMEMBER: GOD is so amazing 😇
